Fandom World
Fandom.world is a memecoin launchpad built to make token creation simple, fast, and accessible to anyone. Inspired by platforms like pump.fun, it reimagines the launch experience with a strong focus on usability and clarity.

Project Overview
Client: Fandom World
Industry: Crypto/Memecoins
Timeline: 3 weeks (2024)
My Role: Product Designer
During early research and competitive analysis of platforms like Pump.fun and other memecoin launchpads, I identified several key issues:
1. Poor onboarding for new users
Most launchpads assume prior crypto knowledge. Users often struggle to understand token parameters, liquidity mechanics, and deployment steps.
2. Cluttered and confusing interfaces
Existing products prioritize speed over clarity, leading to messy interfaces with unclear hierarchy and overwhelming data.
3. Lack of trust signals
Memecoin ecosystems are chaotic. Without proper information hierarchy and transparency, users find it hard to evaluate new tokens.
4. Fragmented launch flows
Launching a token often involves multiple steps and unclear confirmations, increasing the chance of user mistakes.
5. High launch friction
Some platforms charge relatively high fees or hide costs in the process, discouraging experimentation.
As a multidisciplinary product designer, I designed fandom.world end-to-end. My work included product ideation, UX architecture, interaction design, visual design, and the creation of the entire launch experience. I worked closely with the founders and developers to translate complex blockchain mechanics into simple user flows that anyone could understand.
My focus was to ensure that launching a token felt as easy as posting on social media, while still preserving the underlying blockchain logic required for token deployment.
